Kauai App

<p>Very disappointed with Kauai. The Kauai app is supposed to provide you with a sticker for every smoothie you purchase. Firstly, my friend had purched a smoothie and the cashier rang it up without asking if she had the app and she then paid, after paying she presented her App to get a sticker and they refused to give her the sticker because they said that it has to be scanned before paying. She was not informed about this but eventually they said they would write the code down and she must come back and ask next time. The next time, I went with her and she asked the cashier for a sticker because her name should be written down with the barcode on for her to collect her sticker, the woman refused to give her a sticker and would not let us see a manager. I then purchsed a smoothie straight afterwards and showed my app before I paid and the sticker did not work. I told them that it has not gone through and they said that it will, it is just pending. It has been weeks and I have still not received a sticker. What is the point of having a Kauai app if it does not work? This was all at Kauai Canal Walk.</p>
