Is this an april fools joke? Utterly useless

<p>Today I tried to redeem my vitality active rewards at kauai bloemfontein. I was told that the promotion ended.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous! No notification from either party in advance. Discovery had issued my reward for kauai a few days ago and it still shows available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless from the responsible parties!</p>
