Incorrect product content & shocking attitude

I ordered the new LCHF Cream Cacao smoothie. When I got home it tasted not right....just to find banana in the smoothie which should not be there!! When I poured the smoothie out there was actual pieces of banana in the smoothie.<br> I contacted Kauai and I contacted the manager at Point Virgin Active about this but had no response!<br> <br> What if I was allergic to banana...it is shocking!!!<br> <br> When I was there this morning and ordered another (different one this time) smoothie after my gym session I spoke to the lady on duty and mentioned to her what happened. She just looked at me and said \oh". No apology....no asking if I was okay....no asking if they can do anything to correct the mistake. I was even asked if I am sure it was banana and not mango!!!! Well there should not be mango in either!!!!!!<br> <br> So Kauai has a new updated brand which looks nice"
