horrific service from owner

went to Kauai in Sunninghill and ordered a no bull burger to take away. After waiting 15 minutes i went to the cashier and asked how long will i still have to wait. He said it was almost ready. I saw the burger on top of the 1 side of the bun and the other side of the bun next to it with all the greens and dressing. i waited another 5 minutes and then asked them what they were waiting for but did not get an answer. the then joined the 2 sides of the bun together and wrapped it and gave it to me. I asked for the owner, which they pointed out was sitting at one of the tables on the phone. i went up to him and started to tell him how the service at his place sucked. He just put his hand out as if to say talk to the hand and continued with his phone call. I shouted out that you can't treat customers like that. As i was leaving, he told the cashier to get my cell phone number which i gave, but he never called me.
