Horrible service, direspectful and rude employee at the benmore centre in Sandton

Bad Day I have just been in the kauai store in the benmore centre in Sandton, the cashier"BUHLE" was disrespectful and rude, I went in the to buy 250ml strawberry stinger, she told me that she turned away many customers away because she doesn't have 250ml cups and that there's nothing she can do. I asked her to use a plastic cup that I saw on the counter and she rep**** that the manager said they should not use them , I asked her to call her manager she said his not available, I could literally see that she's having an attitude. I went on to ask her for the fir the manager's number, she rep**** by saying" I don't have it,go away there's nothing I can do ," I said " What!" I'll find out who to complain too ,she said go and complain.

I have been buying from that store almost every day, I have never been so ill-treated and embarrassed by your staff, what annoyed the most is that she didn't care. She just said go and complain. This happened today around 13:00pm , while I was waiting, she took two customers while I was the first.

I want someone to call me urgent, your complains lines are not getting answered, I am not letting this go, not by a long short
