Horrible service

I am very disappointed in your service at Cresta Virgin Active, every time I make use of your services the staff is so rude. You need to call them from the back, they never greet you and sometimes they even see you but just ignore you. I see this is a very common thing about your staff looking at the complaints on HelloPeter that no one replies to, it is very frustrating.
