Health issues and kitchen problems

I recently visited Kauai century city at the gym and on the shelves seeing ****oroaches with the ****ins. I also ordered medium cooked poached eggs and received well done eggs and when I asked the lady she insisted it was medium cooked. Certainly did not know the difference. Highly disappointing.
