Gugu- Horrible Service

The lady at the KAUAI Mall Of Africa counter, named Gugu was very nonchalant (this is the 2nd time I received this service from her). The never confirms orders with clients and she got my dine-in order wrong again and was not apologetic about. The incorrect order was delivered to my table and when I queried why, she said oh ‘I didn’t realise’

She should have confirmed my order and handed me my receipt, which she didn’t. It was the horrible attitude that I did not appreciate.
