Greed is not a solution, pay me back!

21.05.2022 at 09:11 I logged a complaint with Kaui Customer Care complaining that Nadeema Soomar the Store Manager of Kaui Bufallo East London impulsively changed her arrangement WHEN she agreed the 20.05.2022 that her cashier Pam to take sum of R5 520.00 payment in advance for the Smothies I needed for the weekend meeting. Loren Cooper Customer Care Agent asked for proof of purchase & i sent same hour the 06.06.2022 at 15:24. She mediated & later contacted me asking me to load Kaui app they will send me voucher refund. Till this day there is no progress, no answers to my emails, no refund & what I need NOW is EFT payment as I no longer stay nearby the store & no longer need Nadeema service! Thank you
