Great complaint handling

I bought two smoothies from a Kauai branch in Cape Town. I saw the attendant dumping a lot of milk in them and the resultant taste was far from the high quality one had come to expect from Kauai. I reported this to Kauai and within a few days I was sent two apologies as well as an offer to replace the smoothies. What a way to win a disgruntled customer back. Definitely sharing this experience with others.
