Get your stuff together Kauai, Groenkloof

I quite often order lunch from Kauai in Johannesburg through UBER Eats and it's always really good, the quality of the orders are always excellent and consistent and when I have a special request they usually oblige without fail (asking for extra dressing on the side is not that much of a c****). But for some odd reason I have lots of problems with the Kauai in Groenkloof, Pretoria. I've held off writing this review for quite a while now because I love Kauai and it's the only healthy take out option I have so far. But enough is enough. Today I ordered a Cobb Salad and what I got was a box with a chicken breast (not even cut like in the menu picture) thrown on top of some shredded lettuce, broccoli and tomatoes. No egg, no white cheddar, no parmesan crisps, no avocado. And I paid R125 for it. If I didn't add the chicken for R25 extra I would have paid R100 for lettuce and broccoli. Ridiculous. When I ask for extra dressing I never get any. I even had dirt in my salad once. The last time I ordered a wrap and asked for white cheddar, the cheese melted into a hard clump in the center. I don't know who's running that place but they really need to get it together or it's going to close very soon. I don't mind if a restaurant messes up once in a while but having to refund every ****** meal can not be a healthy business practice. Seriously.
