Food is never available

<p>I regularly visit Kauai Mount Edgecombe after my workout at gym to get myself a smoothie but now and again I do like to get a wrap for lunch before I go to work. 2 weeks ago (16/01/17) I went to order a wrap at around 6:30am for collection at 7:20am, I was told that the chicken needed to be defrosted. So i said the latest i could leave the gym was 7:30am but was still told that my wrap won't be ready in time. I then went onto the website and wrote a review and within a day or so the area manager contacted me to let me know that it would be addressed immediately with the branch. Today (30/01/17) I decided to order a wrap for lunch and was told that they're out of lettuce and could only offer me a sandwich. It is extremely frustrating to me to know that I can't even depend on this Kauai. It's absolutely ridiculous, why even have the option of ordering food when it's never available???</p>
