FANTASTIC customer service

<p>I submitted some feedback to Kauai at Steenberg Virgin Active, regarding the slowness of their service. Over the past week since sending the feedback, I have received no less than four emails, apologising for the issues experienced, and detailing how they would be fixing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is what ALL customer service should be like!</p>
