Fabulous Food! Fantastic Service!!
I was about to use what I had in my "wallet" for one of Kauai's yummy burgers. However, when I downloaded their new app, my wallet was empty. Fortunately, my disappointment was shortlived. Loren from Head Office contacted me and asked me to send her a screen shot .. which I did. Almost immediately, my wallet was refurbished. That's what I call "Service Excellence"! Thanks, Loren.

I was promised a refund and THOUGHT i had received it but, a month has elapsed, and the money is still not in my wallet.
