Extremely Bad Service and food menu presentation

I am absolutely disappointed by the service received yesterday evening. We wanted a protein with warm grain, and they advised that rice is finished. We then ordered a protein plate with broccoli, and guess what: we received the attached plate, which looked horrible without any sauces and salad dressing. It is absolutely nonsensical for a place where you expect better, considering that we go to the gym there daily.
