Exceptional service

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional service I received from your one of staff members( Dinga )when i visited your Muizenburg branch on the 08th October.

Dinga's friendly and professional demeanor made a significant impact on my overall experience. I ordered a Peanut Bliss for my daughter, and did not realise it has cocoa in it (which she is allergic to)until i received it . An honest oversight on my side, and i was preparing for some back and forth tiff , but WOW...Dinga demonstrated such patience, and empathy. Not only did he take the time to go through the menu WITH my daughter this time, but he also took the time to find our from her what drink she likes , and checking with me if any of her allergies were in it.

What truly stood out to me was his genuine willingness to assist, which made me feel valued as a customer. His commitment to going the extra mile has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me, and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude, and I firmly believe that exceptional service should be acknowledged and rewarded I am grateful for the positive experience I had and look forward to future interactions with your company..
