ENTITLEMENT OF KAUIA OWNERS

I've Just been informed by The Owner of the Kauai in Benmore that I am not allowed to use forwarded Codes to get Vodabucks rewards to redeem my prices or items that I buy from the VodaStore/ Vodacom App. Meaning if I am in e.g KZN Newcastle where there isn't a Kauai I'd Physically have to drive all the way to a Kauai in JHB,CPT or Durban in order to redeem a R40 Voucher, the responses I got were impolite, unhelpful and hell bent on showing me that I will not get an assistant, I have over 5 Vodacom Accounts/Numbers that all fall under one Cellphone contract account and I am very entitled to use those vouchers as I see fit, I can give it to my son, mom, Friend or anyone I see fit. The code and Voucher is exactly the same as a code you use would get for a cashless money withdrawal at a bank or Stores like PnP or ShopRite Money Market and to be told by Andrea that if it's a forwarded code Vodacom will not pay is a blatant lie. There store has an option of using a scanned code or digital number to ensure the code is above board, fine and original, there's no way anyone can **** it and get away with it. My Mom Is in Rural KZN, has and up to date Voda contract and because that there isn't a Kauia nearby it means she is discriminate from being able to use her Vouchers in the most probably and possible way. Have not had any problems with other providers such as, Nandos, Dischem, Krispy Kreme, even ****** Rural HUNGRY LION provides more sensible and better service than a Kauia in the Richest Square mile in Africa. I am going to send an complaint and email to HelloPeter, Vodacom and Ombudsman. Worse Service and riddled with LIES.

If you are going to have a business in SA for a millions of Vodacom clients you need to ensure the performance of that service is made possible for all those people fairly.

It's very easy for the owner of the Store to give me an attitude about how they want and an original email, because her very same Grandmother probably lives in Sandton area where there's probably 5 KAUAI stores in her area. Vodacom offers services in the Entire South Africa meaning all people are entitled, So what About My Grandmother in Rural Nkandla, What about Julias Malema's Grandmother in Rural Seshego, for these stores and their owners it's not bad enough that our Grandparents in Rural Areas that don't have a KAUAI and could not even leave us land now they cannot even give us ****** Smoothies because they only limited to entitled high societies in Urban areas.
