Dont get ****med by the 40% discount joke

Today I wanted to treat my kids with the smoothie 40% discount between 4 and 7. Oliver Road Kauai - Kimberley. Firstly I was told I can only do the transaction through the app - I had to explain that the QR code on the app will be app**** - I CAN ORDER in the shop!! The guy was Charles Then I ordered a Berry Dairy - app**** the QR code - I ordered a Mocha Protein - App**** another QR code. When I wanted to order another Mocha Protein and scanned another QR code it did not apply the discount. I asked where the manager is - He was not working today. Who was the second in charge? No there is no one. Okay then - please remove the 2nd Mocha - also not able to do that. The queue was getting long behind me - so I decided this was not worth the trouble. So my kids were NOT treated by the smoothies! And I doubt if Kauai will see my again. Dont put people at the paypoint who does not know how the specials work or the till. A manager must be available - or at least a second in charge! Thanks for nothing
