Do NOT use their app they just *****ing money from their clients

I have ordered through the Kauai app a week ago. The first order did not go through however the money was deducted from my account. The second order went through and money was deducted again from my account. So I have paid twice for one order. I have spoken to the Kauai branch directly at the Gym. They promised to sort it out but NOTHING happened. I have logged a complaint on Facebook but nobody attended to the matter. It seems Kauai just likes to ***** from it's customer which is completely unacceptable. Do NOT use the app to order as you end up paying twice for one meal and they do NOT care to solve the issue.
