Dissatisfied customer

I am utterly disappointed by the service I got from Kauai in Woodlands mall, I was served by 327 Mathabathe,she was rude and the smoothies I ordered didn't taste like they usually taste,It seems like she didn't add some ingredients, her attitude was bad,the lid of the strawberry stinger was dirty as if she took a used one. The peanut butter bliss didn't taste like it had peanut butter.
