Disheartening

I ordered a cheesy wrap @ kuaui honeydew but the wrap only contained chicken and no cheese inside.Called them and they told me that there's nothing they do. What a joke, went on their Facebook to lodge a complaint and got blocked and they've blocked my mobile too. I legitimately order my food from them everyday and one mistake like this and this is the customer service I get. With the call I recorded - so called supervisor kept on hanging up on me.
