Disgustingly poor service

<p>The Kauai in Tygervalley Virgin active has done it again! They give startlingly poor service. Nearly every time I buy something there some of their ingredients to prepare food is finished. They then procede to make smoothies and wraps without these ingredients clients pay for. They do not even inform the client, but when you get home you see the sub standard food with ingredients missing and not at all the taste you expect or get from other Kauai's.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tonight was just the cherry on the cake when my husband purchased two thai crunch wraps and a nut milk and mango-berry smoothie. Firstly the mango berry smoothie did not even resemble or taste of mango at all, when my husband complained, staff just said that they added more rasberries.-It tasted like lemonade with rasberries in- They refused to do anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly when he came home and we started eating our wraps we found that the extra avo on the wraps we asked for was inedible and unripe, and there was no broccoli or peppers in the wrap ( as described on the menu). This was a great dissapointment to us, seeing as the wraps cost a lot of money, and we are clearly not getting what we payed for at all. It is a wonder that they can still be in business whilst delivering such poor quality and completely disregarding customers!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wil never advise anyone to waste their money there.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
