Disgusting service

On Friday the 5th i went to kauai Oceans bought a princess wrap i was using a wicode a voucher i purchased in the morning on the vodacom app. Only to get to the store the consultant entered the code and asked again to my thinking she punished it in and punched it in again, which she said it’s been used. I told her no I bought it in the morning, she was rude, and asked me to look at the screen and that I should call vodacom . I ended up asking the other lady to assist. Saw the same consultant, ended up paying with my bank card. Went on to call vodacom and they put me through to your customer service and i was told i would be contacted but i was not.

I want to be refunded because i cannot pay for two wraps and leave with one wrap. This is my email, my number is ***. I spoke to Alison at customer care who said she can see that the voucher was redeemed at 13:08 which was the first time that consultant punched it in.

Till this day i have not received any feedback from them, about my refund.
