DISGUSTING new ownership at KAUAI TABLEVIEW

I have been shopping at Kauai, Tableview for nearly 3 years now. We get weekly smoothy vouchers from Discovery Health and usually save up like 4 of them for our family and then eat and have smoothies at the same time as a family treat out.

We had gotten to know the staff during this time, always helpful, friendly, and even chatted to the (then) owners explaining to them why we won't shop at other Kauai's in the area as this was the most welcoming branch in our area.

After returning from our leave this past week, we popped in to have a quick bite and smoothy and was met with a whole change.

First I recognized NO ONE. When I asked the people behind the till where everyone is, I was met with a very aggressive hostile response: They won't ever work here again. Asked where the owner is, they said they purchased it on 1 August. Asked where the manager went, said horrible things about him, and I (as a customer) don't care if this is true or not, this should not be conveyed to me in the manner it was. BUT while we are on it. Said he didn't show up for work. I said he was on leave as far as I recall - as I said we got to know the people who worked there, and I know he was returning late in August. She said he won't ever work there again.

JUST want to say, Kauai SA - you made a mistake.

Later learned that they own the Long Street branch too. Always dirty, horrible staff, staff spoke to us to poorly, shakes was thin and watery, we stopped shopping there about 2 years ago, and now that same owners run this one.

What were you thinking!

Won't ever see us again, won't choose a Kauai Voucher, will take on one of the others going forward and plan to leave remarks on all platforms so people KNOW what to expect.

HOW do you allow that standard to spread. I don't care if it's privately owned or franchised, as a customer it is KAUAI SA
