Disgusting Late

It's now the second time that I have ordered a Chai Late only to find what tastes like steamed milk and smells like Chai. The drink is so hot that I can only drink it 15 minutes later, thus I cannot taste it while still there.

The milk is so white that it seems only one small scoop of powder was used...
