Disgusting / Dirty Food and Presentation

<p>This morning I ordered my usual Trout and Scrambled Egg breakfast at Kauai Virgin Active Canal Walk. I received my meal on a dirty plate, with black(who knows what is was) matter on the trout, cream cheese and eggs simply throw into the dirty plate and then to top it all off the toast served on a cup saucer in broken pieces and a section of the toast literally wet(which I could only assume fell off the plate into liquid and there for the reason the broken pieces of toast on the saucer). This is highly dissapointing as my wife has called me yesterday out of the blue to say that there is a new girl making the food in their kitchen and that the food was better than ever before and presented in such a pleasant way which was aesthetically pleasing which it should be. To top it all off the manager on duty this morning has no customer relation s****s and does not listen to a request or respond but instead looks away and tries to take the next customers order which allowed the situation to escalate to a unpleasant situation in front of all the customers waiting in the que. Very sad for the people who have invested in this branch as it is clear that this branch has the potential to make good money and be very successful given how poor the above experience is yet they still exist. It is not difficult to simply make and present food in an acceptable manner, I am not expecting 5 star, but I am also not expecting dog food and service.</p>
