Disgusting customer service from Kauai worker

I have received the mist appalling service from a person working at Kauai virgin active Athlone. I was standing at the desk looking at the menu for something to order which I told the guy. Got my glasses out to see the menu better. The guy then went on to helping another customer which is fine but after he helped the customer I then said what it is I want to order and the guy outright ignored me as if I'm invisible or something, I waved at him like hello I'm talking to you, he ignores me again. Eventually when he was done cleaning a cup he tells me I thought you said you were just looking, which at that point was so irrelevant and non chalant of him to say cause clearly I'm ready to order something. His attitude stinks he has no customer service etiquette and this man needs to be fired immediately. I called the manager of virgin active who was just as much of no help with the situation, didn't Apologize or anything. Just said his gonna relay the message to his manager, he didn't even ask for my name !!! I'm becoming reluctant to deal with Kauai ever again if this is the service level I'm gonna receive from them. I'm extremely upset and appalled!
