Disgusted

Upon arrival at Kauai my partner and I stood at the cash desk deciding which smoothie to purchase as I had never had one before. I questioned a lady, Anees, about one of the smoothies, she rep**** sarcastically saying it's all on the menu, and after answering me she turned to the manger who was also present and laughed. They both gazed at me looked at each other and laughed at me once again. Its as if I am suppose to smell what I buying insted of being informed.I was astonished at this service, as a first time customer I would like to know what I am purchasing and what it consists of instead of reading it off a pamphlet because pamphlets explanations are not always clear, being laughed at on top of it. Horrible experience, I refuse to ever order anything from Kauai Blue Route again. They belittled me instead of share product knowledge which is completely unacceptable. Mericia Daniels.
