Disappointed in Kauai

<p>Located at Kauai near Boksburg on Google which led me to the Virgin Active. There was no signs and I did not know that Kauai was inside. When I entered, I was not allowed into Kauai cause I am not a member which I was shocked that they don't have a public section. Fine so I was asked to get a menu from the staff and they did not have. The lady would not allow me in to see the menu screens and said that I should write a complaint as it won't effect her as she is a Virgin Active employee. I think then left out of Disappointment but returned as there is no other Kauai in my vacinty and had to return a while later of which I then could not pay by card as they don't offer a portable machine and was still not allowed in.</p>
