Destroying customer base

<p>I visited George on a business trip recently. The Kauai is situated inside a Virgin Active gym. As a non-member of the gym, I was informed by the Kauai cashier and manager the policy of the franchise is that it is not allowed to serve any customer not affiliated to that gym. This is also the only Kauai in George, as found on Google Maps. As a regular member who appreciates the healthy option Kauai caters, I am utterly shocked that customers are chased away if not an active member of a specific gym. As much as I am satisfied with the product offering, the dissatisfaction of arrogant staff underappreciating a customer to buy a product is distasteful in the very least. I will find another brand of food on business trips from now on as I feel discouraged to buy from Kauai in the future.</p>
