Customer service

Upon my poor experience, i was given a call by the Customer service manager, Kerusha Tucker. She assured me that i will receive a complimentary peanut butter bomb, all i had to do is download the application and it will be loaded, several emails were sent but have no response. I am just dissapointed by the empty promises that corporations make to save face but don't see through.
