Consistent bad service

Another disappointing experience at your Cavendish Sqaure Kauai Store. I came here after my workout looking for a freshly squeezed veggie juice. My fiance and I do not use the Kauai outside due to bad service (on a day where they were empty my fiance ordered two juices and waited over 25 minutes only to discover that they had forgotten about his order). We therefore went to the store inside hoping for a better experience. I ordered a carrot, celery, ****** and beetroot juice and was given a plain orange juice. My fiance took it back and I was then given \my juice"which tasted sickly sweet. The gentleman serving us told me that I was mistaken when I told him there was something else in the juice"
