Complete lack of understanding

Absolutely atrocious

Imagine trying to redeem a voucher at the only Kauai that's accessible to you, only for their coffee machine to be out of order from the Friday to the day after your voucher expires.

Pretty convenient for a coffee machine to be out of order with a technician only coming in after the weekend with a voucher for coffee expiring within a set time frame.

Not my fault I happened to be on the recieving end of a voucher. The least you could have done is come to some sort of common ground instead of saying that there is nothing you can do or at least send out some sort of communication regarding the inability to provide a service for which vouchers are being given for
