Chicken bone in wrap- ER VISIT- Zero customer zero

Neighbourhood branch Linksfield JHB- found a chicken bone in one of our BBQ chicken wraps. My daughter bit a piece off and it lodged in her throat and had to be removed in the ER.

Not only was I rudely dismissed by the manager Themba- promise of area manager will be in contact- never materialised.

Head office emailed- and, still nothing.
