Burnt food served and bad customer service attitude

Went to Kauai today for sandwhich to take away, when opened the sandwhich all the slices were burnt and I had left the store. It was really disappointing and wasting time and effort going to such store for such poor customer service attitude served by cashier and such poor food quality. I would not recommend buying food from Kauai and would not consider buying from this store again.
