Burned Oats

<p>At the Virgin, Victory Park earlier this week, I ordered oats. I smelled the oats arriving long before it arrived. I was super shocked that they would have the gall to deliver a bowl of burned oats. This is the last straw. This Kauai already tops all of them for poor service, terrible smoothies and bad service. </p>
