Bad smoothie

<p>Hello I got a really bad smoothie from Kauai from Virgin Active Kauai. It was a gem and the whole thing was just ice. I had it the first time at virgin active cresta but had the same smoothie many times before from other branches. I think this is really bad service. I still have my wiCode ********** 51. I would like to have a replacement please and a proper smoothie</p>
