Bad service

Staff at Kauai Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark really need to work on their client service. Staff is extremely unfriendly if you don't greet first they just stare at you.

Numerous people I know at the gym has experienced similar situations with the kauai staff. When you try and redeem rewards from them they just look at you and sigh as if you are asking them to bend over backwards. To greet costumers doesn't cost anything will take my money elsewhere.
