Bad service at Kauai Alice Lane, sandton

I had the worst experience with Kauai , the one at Cnr West & Alice Lane to be exact. I’ve been a loyal customer for about two years now. But the service I got today is appalling! They delivered a badly done and badly packaged wrap. Once I complained it took forever to get the lady on the phone to get the manager to assist me. They were reluctant to assist me , I had to call countless times for them to take this seriously. The manager then proceeded to give me a number to send my address to, once that was done and I told them the packaging was good. But to my surprise they still sent the wrong order! A completely wrong order at that— they added meat when I had clearly stated that I want the vegetarian option of the princess wrap.I complained again and nothing was done. It really is unfortunate because I held the brand to a high standard.
