Bad service

Without wanting to get anyone into trouble but, the ladies at this branch are very unprofessional and rude at times. My daughters had to forfeit 4 smoothies due to them not wanting to work but, when a caucasian walked in, suddenly they were working. There's even a time when they look past you, especially if you are not a Virgin Active Member and take their time to assist you. They do take preference over caucasians than us of a darker skin - no offense intended. As a result I've stopped claiming my smoothies from them due to this very poor service that they give to some clients!
