BAD SERVICE

I ordered a Strawberry Stinger on Uber eats. my order number was #0**** the order that i received was not what ive ordered. I didn't accept it, so it was cancelled but the delivery guy and he told me that must contact the store to report it. when i called the Kauai Sandton VA, i spoke to some guy, who just placed me on hold. then to my surprise I was then speaking to a lady buy the name of Kholofelo*mananger on duty* who said SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHY I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ORDER**SHE SAID I MUST TAKE IT UP WITH UBER***SHEN I ASKED HER HOW COME MY ORDER WAS NOT DOUBLE CHECKED BEFORE IT WAS GIVEN TO THE DELIVERY GUY***SHE SAID SHE DOESN'T KNOW*** IT LOOKS LIKE SHE IS A MANANGER WHO NOT KNOW ANYTHING***WOW LESSON LEARNED I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM SANDTON ZA.
