Bad Service

<p> we got to smoothies at the Kauai in canal walk( 22.12.2016), our order was taken at 17:45pm, at 18:00 i was still waiting on the two smoothies. I asked the cashier how long will smoothies still take as customers that had ordered after me had their orders already, she advised that its on its way. another 15mins later i was still waiting for the order, I was then told they busy making it! the smoothies were left on the counter unitl i had to ask if that is my order. then I was told that they dont have any straws, i asked the lady behind the counter is anybody going to give me a two straws , her response" the went to get straws at the gym, but if i cant wait for the straws the i can take s****s" i was so furious i asked my money back , that was met with an eye roll and a lot of mumbling under her breath, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!</p>
