Bad juice from a bad branch - Century CIty

While on holiday in Cape Town doing shopping in Century City, I came across a Kauai. I love Apple, Beetroot and Carrot juice and ordered one. I regularly visit Kauai specifically just to get this juice! Always top quality, however, Century City Kauai is a totally different case.

After which could have been easily 20 mins if not more waiting at the counter for the juice. A staff member eventually came to the juicer and threw in two small pieces of beetroot and a bunch of carrots! Then proceeded to throwing into a cup. When I told her the color of the juice was not right as per usual and that I watch her and she didn’t through in any apples, the insisted she did. She eventually went back to the juicer. In the meantime another customer who witnessed this then commented that Century City Kauai is bad. In what world is it ok for a customer to accept bad quality for the premium they fork out!

The staff member then proceeded to juice two apples and threw it into the cup and handed it to me! Instead of remaking the juice correctly.

I tasted the juice and all I could taste was carrots and immediately went back to the store and asked for a refund from the cashier who without a word handed me my money back. No apology, nothing! Not even offering to remake the juice correctly!

Not only was the juice horrible and not up to standard, I had wasted so much time standing waiting for it only to leave empty handed!!!

Very disappointed in Kauai!!!
