bad customer service

I'm not happy about the service I received at kauai virgin active cresta. 9/2/2021 I got there they didn't allow me in I was standing outside their restaurant as if that was not enough I had to stand more than 1 hour without any action happening as I complained that I was tired of standing thts when they started making my smoothies I ordered 11 smoothies and within 10 minutes they were done making 11 smoothies!!!! as I was in a rush I didn't even taste any of them and they did not even give me my slips I only understood why they didn't give me after I tasted the smoothies yooh I cant forget that horrible taste even my stomach it's still complaining. all the smoothies were tasteless it's like I bought water that is coloured yooh I'm soo heartbroken. the lady who did this to me was very slim and she was not tall and she was dark in complexion yoooh I'm not happy at all the way I'm angry I even feel like crying I'm highly disappointed at kauai virgin active cresta, randburg
