Bad customer service at KAUAI Milpark VA

The lady working at your Milpark Virgin Active branch has a stinking attitude, lacks mannerisms and has no customer service skills. I am a regular customer and every time she’s on duty I’m sure to receive a bad service. She is so disinterested in customers and acts as if she is doing a favor for serving us. Pity I forgot her name but she was on morning duty today (22 September 2021).
