Bad Customer Service

Kauai at the Big Bird Engine (North) has the worst service and its been recurring i am soo sick of it. it would be a good idea to train your stuff on basic customer service. if the card machine is not working why make us wait long ques instead of having a board outside and stop wasting our time? there's another store on the south we could walk there instead of wasting our time queuing only to be told cash only and the attitude!!!
