Bad attitude

I made a purchase at Kauai Vodaworld on the 20 September 2018 around 07:30 from a gentleman called Travolta (name on the slip). This guy has the worst attitude. He does not greet, is not inclined to answer questions further after he rang up my order he look down to whatever he was busy with on the till and left me standing there. After a while, I asked him for my slip, he looked up, gave it to me and continued with no acknowledgement of wrong doing. This was not the first time I have encountered bad attitude from this guy. It's honestly unacceptable. Attitude once I can live with but not every occassion when dealing with this person. He needs to be taken for customer service training.
