Atrocious attitude and service from staff

I was not aware of the smoothie/wrap special until I had already placed my order. After requesting to change my order to include the smoothie/juice special I was rudely told that the order was already wrung up and I could not alter.<br> <br> After receiving my wrap, I opened it and noticed it was not cut in half. I returned to the counter and requested this. Once again, the staff were terribly bad mannered and told me that they did not usually cut the wraps. I insisted. Following this, my wrap was cut and shoved back at me. I shall NEVER purchase from this Kauai again, which is such a pity. It's around the corner from my office.
