Appaulled by Kauai Virgin Active Wonderboom

If negative stars existed I'd give Kauai at Virgin Active Wonderboom a negative infinity rating. This is my second time attempting to make a purchase and there is constantly something missing or card machines not working and the staff drag their feet before you receive any sort of service and when they finally decide you're worthy of assistance their attitudes are nothing less of appauling. I honestly think a brand like Kauai needs to do better considering the exorbitant prices they charge.

Kauai Virgin Active Wonderboom has the poorest customer service I've ever experienced and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I'm highly dissapointed.
