Appalling service Kauai Virgin Active Table View

Kauai @ Virgin Active Table View Absolutely appalling service from the staff at this branch. Saturday 4th Jan i ordered a Princess wrap from the cashier. She literally did not speak one word to me during the sales process, but basically threw the cc machine across the desk for payment. I paid and sat down. Other people were collecting orders and leaving with them and literally 1/2 an hour later i got up to ask where my wrap was. I just got weird looks from all 5 staff members working and then the entire team starting yelling at each other in Xosa. 10 Minutes later my wrap arrived at the table. no apology, no thank you, not one word from any staff member. The next day after my workout i decided to give it another try. Same order, and still not a word of communication from the cashier. no please, thank you, absolutely nothing. My wrap arrived and was taken to the wrong table an put in front of someone else, who then called back the waitress to say it wasn't his order. eventually i got it.
